Regency™ OptiTherm archwires are specially manufactured from a high quality NiTi wire, developed specifically for thermal (heat activated martensitic) arches. OptiTherm alloy meets the demand for lighter wires and optimal midrange forces for tough cases with improved resiliency and true thermal performance.
• Provides optimal midrange load characteristics
• Austenitic at approximately 18°C - 24°C with consistent results
• Excellent resiliency / resistance to permanent set
• Wire is slightly thermal at room temperature for easy ligation
• Comparable to copper NiTi
