WL-cid

All-purpose disinfecting solution ready for use, free of aldehydes

For inner disinfection of dental hollow part instruments, e. g. turbines, contra-angles, hand pieces, internally cooled instruments, endoscopes and air scaler tips, after the non protein fixing pre-cleaning with WL-clean.

WL-cid is a Medical Device of class II b. The disinfection capacity under simulated practical conditions according to VAH/DGHM has been confirmed by an expert’s report.

- yeasticidal
- virucidal according to DVV 2012, carrier test with non-enveloped Adeno + Noro viruses as well as all enveloped viruses, particularly HBV, HIV, herpes simplex, corona - viruses (e.g MERS-CoV), Influenza and measles virus. Testing with BVDV, Vaccinia, Adeno as well in practice test (phase 3) in combination with WL-clean with MS2-phages (surrogate for polio- and noro viruses).
- tested according to surface and instrument disinfection criteria and under practical conditions with soiling test according to DIN ISO/TS 15883-5.
- Solution certified by VAH (Association for Applied Hygiene) / DGHM (German Society for Hygiene and Microbiology), meets the DGHM requirements and EN-standards
